These SMS Terms supplement the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. They apply when you opt in to receive text messages from DearHim AI.

Program Description

DearHim AI may send recurring automated SMS messages, including character messages, dating insights, Wingman follow-ups, DearUs match notifications, verification codes, and account notifications.

Opt-In

You opt in by entering your phone number in DearHim account settings and checking the SMS consent box. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Typical product messaging is 2-5 messages per week, and some account or character activity may produce additional messages.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP to cancel SMS messages. You may also disable "Text Me" in account settings.

Age Requirement

DearHim AI is for adults 18 and older. You may not use SMS features if you are under 18.
